Headings, or in HTML terms <h1>

, are the main way most screen reader users navigate.
Press H to go to the next heading, and SHIFT + H to go the previous heading.
You can also use 1 through 6 to navigate through headings of that level. Again, combine with SHIFT to go backwards.
